The last couple of days have been exciting for Evo owners. Some leaked images of a forthcoming Magpul Pistol Grip for the CZ Evo Scorpion A1 hit the internet. It looks like the firearms accessory giant is joining the likes of Yeti Wurks, HB Industries and Manticore Arms in supporting the ubiquitous Evo.
Magpul have a great track history of making modernized polymer accessories for popular weapons platforms. Beginning primarily with the AR15 Magpul have forged a great track history with their MOE line up. More recently the AK platform has received the same treatment and some more esoteric parts have crept into the range.

In very exciting news, it appears Magpul have been looking closely at the Evo. The first product appears to be an after market pistol grip. Of course this will only fit directly on to the real steel firearm. Evo HPA users might have some luck fitting the grip. That is if they are willing to modify the grip but it shows that the potential is there.
SHOT 2019 looks like it could be very interesting for Evo enthusiasts. Perhaps we will see the announcement of a Evo specific P-Mag? Maybe even more substantial parts are in the pipeline? These possibilities are certainly exciting for fans of the gun and thanks to ASG’s commitment to making the AEG as realistic as possible, many real steel aftermarket parts will be a direct fit.
M-LOK Adopted
The Carbine and BET already bear the influence of Magpul. The longer fore end uses the M-LOK mounting system as standard.
“M-LOK is a modular locking accessory mounting system that is a direct attachment method for hard mounting accessories to a negative space mounting point. Designed by Magpul Industries as an evolution of the MOE® slot system used since 2007, the M-LOK system is being released as a free licensed platform to allow greater compatibility of accessories between all manufacturers.”
