2018 has been a great year for airsofters and ActionSportGames. A number of great new products have hit the market. Some existing products have been tweaked and refreshed to make them better than ever!

Strike Systems Rifles

For the beginner player or a buyer wanting a quality gun on a budget, the Strike Systems MXR range landed. Packing durable nylon fibre receiver sets, proven V2 gearboxes and MOSFETs as standard, the MXR range is complete with 3 models.

Strike Systems MX18

The Strike Systems MX18 gives the user a familiar and adaptable AR pattern rifle. Using a modular foregrip and standard iron sight configuration, the gun has a classic look but with plenty of modularity to suit any needs.

Strike Systems MXR Combat

The MXR Combat has a military inspired look with a Mk18-style quad rail fore end to allow you to attach accessories to suit your mission. Perfect for CQB and equally comfortable on open fields.

Strike Systems MXR Assault

The MXR Assault is an aggressive and modern looking rifle with an extended fore end to complement modern shooting styles. The weight and profile is kept low with the use of Keymod-style mounting holes rather than RIS rails.

Commander XP18 & DP18

Also new to the range in 2018 was the Commander XP18 and DP18 pistols. Offering a modern polymer frame and a rugged metal slide combination, the Commander pistols are capable of running on both Green Gas and CO2. The only thing you have to change is the magazine itself. Both propellant types are available from ASG.

Both are formidable pistols witha fearsome blowback kick. Airsoft Action TV reviewed the pistols earlier in the year, so check out their review.

Storm 360 Grenade

Also hitting the shelves this year was the Storm 360 Grenade, giving user a gas-powered, BB launching grenade simulation. A tactical edge can be gained wit this grenade and its cyclone BB ejection pattern.

After being previewed at IWA in March 2018, the ACCU finally arrived relatively recently. The ACCU is the tricked out, “accurised” version of the already hard-hitting Shadow SP-01.

It features a competition single action trigger with a short stroke and a flat face. Aluminium race-style grips with modular grip panels are teamed with a stainless steel barrel bushing, the ACCU is built for business.

Among all the excitement we can’t forget the CZ Evo Scorpion 2018 Revision updates. With detailed adjustments and enhancements too numerous to name, the 2018 Revision demonstrates ASG’s commitment to the Evo platform.

With 2018 drawing to a close you are no doubt wondering what’s up in 2019? Well… That would be telling… 😉

Have a Happy New Year from ActionSportGames!
